ประกาศการควบรวมกิจการและการโอนย้ายธุรกิจระหว่าง TTIB และ TTLIB
(Notice of Merger and Business Transfer between TTIB and TTLIB)
เรียน ลูกค้า พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทุกท่าน
บริษัท ทีที อินชัวรันซ์ โบรกเกอร์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด (บริษัท ฯ) และ บริษัท ทีที ไลฟ์ อินชัวรันซ์ โบรกเกอร์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด ขอเรียนแจ้งให้ทราบว่า เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ยกระดับการให้บริการ และผสานความเชี่ยวชาญเพื่อส่งมอบประสบการณ์ที่ดียิ่งขึ้นให้แก่ทุกท่าน บริษัท ฯ ได้ดำเนินการควบรวมกิจการ (Merger) และทำการโอนย้ายธุรกิจ สินทรัพย์ สิทธิ หน้าที่ และความรับผิดชอบทั้งหมดของ บริษัท ทีที ไลฟ์ อินชัวรันซ์ โบรกเกอร์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด ไปยัง บริษัท ทีที อินชัวรันซ์ โบรกเกอร์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 มิถุนายน 2569 เป็นต้นไป
การควบรวมและการโอนย้ายธุรกิจในครั้งนี้ จะส่งผลให้การดำเนินงานทั้งหมดภายใต้ บริษัท ทีที ไลฟ์ อินชัวรันซ์ โบรกเกอร์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด ถูกรวมเข้าเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกับ บริษัท ทีที อินชัวรันซ์ โบรกเกอร์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด อย่างสมบูรณ์

We are pleased to announce that to enhance operational efficiency, elevate our service standards, and combine our expertise to deliver a better experience, TT Insurance Broker (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“TTIB”) and TT Life Insurance Broker (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“TTLIB”) have officially entered into a corporate merger. As part of this integration, all businesses, assets, rights, duties, and liabilities of TTLIB have been transferred to TTIB, effective from June 2, 2026.
Following this merger and business transfer, all operations previously under TTLIB are now completely integrated into TT Insurance Broker (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
